Ready-To-Fix TMT, the straighten steel from coils by means of rolling from both horizontal and vertical directions and cut and bend the steel bar into desired shape pre-set and stored in the industrial computer, which is capable of storing more than 500 different linear patterns for process as shown in attachment.

In our recently refurbished facility we have modern Automatic Stirrup Benders and Bending Tables which enable us to produce in excess of 1000 tones of cut and bent steel stirrup per month as expected and meet design requirements.

The company has set up rebar cut and bends facility at Site works to make Ready Fix TMT steel.

This will not only help to reduce the lead time for construction projects, but also meet the standard practices as compared to the developing countries especially for large projects where project-in- time at minimum cost matters. The construction industry can now have steel rods cut to size, fabricated according to specification and delivered on time basis for concreting.
